Refund Policy

We provide a full Refund only in the following cases

  1. You receive a defective / damaged product
  2. The Product is not as described
  3. The product is lost in transit
  4. The product is not available in stock

(If you don’t like the product you can Exchange it for something more beautiful. Kindly check the Returns and Exchange policy for that)

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at After receiving the damage / defective product back we shall ask you whether you want any other product in exchange or you want a complete refund.

Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • For all COD Orders - refund will be made via bank transfer into their account within 2-5 Business days
  • For Online Orders - Refund will be credited in their account / credit card (the same account / credit card from which the payment was made) within 7-10 business days.

Need to Exchange – Few points to remember
  • Exchange request need to be made within 10 days from delivery of the product. The requests can be made over a phone call (+91 9820567655) or via an email communication (
  • All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. 
  • We will arrange a pickup for the product.
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the exchange request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
How do you return?
  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
